Shimla to Delhi flights

Shimla to Delhi flights
Hi,
As part of our honeymoon, we will be traveling from Shimla to Jaipur and are wondering is the /best way to go. I understand there is a flight from Shimla to Delhi by Alliance Air, however this is limited to 15 passengers and is not reliable. From Delhi we can easily connect to Jaipur via Air India.
The alternative is to go via Chandigarh but it's more inconvenient as a car from Shimla to Chandigarh airport is 3+ hours.
Does anyone have experience with the Shimla to Delhi flights?
We are traveling in early April.

only took this flight once....there were definitely more than 15 passengers on the flight & the flight left & arrived on time....
