PIO Requirements
I am trying to get a PIO. Although my entire family is ethnically Indian, only my grandfather has an Indian passport. Can I apply for a PIO on this basis? My grandmother does not have an Indian passport.

Should be no problem, just make sure you have the birth certificates of all parties involved.
