6 hours in Mumbai
Arriving on a domestic flight at 8:45 pm. Departing next day at 4:50 am.
Any recommendations on what I can do in the interim, like a nice dinner etc where I can while away a couple of hours. I expect traffic to not be an issue at this time of the day.

you have very little time to do anything so the best option seems to be dinner at one of the nearby hotels....i would recommend the itc grand maratha for a nice meal....they have a number of good restaurants you can choose from....

If you prefer seafood I would strongly recommend Gajalee. http://www.gajalee.com/rest_parle.html is very close to the airport.
