3 Questions about submitting postal application for visa.
Does the visa order form need to be included in the postal application for tourist visa? Or does save form simply save it in their system?

5. Include a prepaid self addressed traceable envelope.
6. Include copy of prepaid self addressed traceable envelope. <--confusion here. Does this mean include a literally copy of the prepaid self addressed traceable envelope? meaning put 2 in the package to BLS?
