Transfer in Mumbai?

Transfer in Mumbai?
Hi, I know there are a lot of posts about this, but I'm having a having a hard time sorting out the information. I booked a flight through Air India that goes from Goa to Mumbai to Delhi, and then to New York. At Mumbai I have 3 hours to transfer from the domestic terminal to the international terminal. Would I need to pick up my luggage and go through customs again? Or, because I booked everything through Air India, am I all set once I go through security and baggage back in Goa? Any help/advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!
