Entrance to T3
At T2,premium class passengers were met by airline personnel and escorted to the check-in counter. They also managed to wade through the crowds waiting to have their ticket/Id etc examined by the guards.
Now, even when you are met by someone, they wait in line at the entrance along with others. I don't mind waiting for my turn but often some people haven't got their ID or their ticket, or trying to get in before their time, or some such issue. They argue with the guards while every one waits. One guy argued with the guard for nearly 10 minutes.
There ought to be a better system.
