9w/s2 del-cok

This is my first experience with domestic India airlines. I'm flying one-way from DEL-COK in December. I see two non-stops: one on 9W (7011) and the other is S2 (255), same times, same equipment, different prices. Are these the same flight? (I suspect so, operated by S2, but I'm not sure.)

Also, I've checked several online booking sites (jetlite & jetairways, as well as makemytrip, jatra, ixiggo). Is there any reason to prefer or avoid one over the other, except the lowest cost?

Same flight operated by S2. Enjoy the cramped seats on a long flight unless you are shorter than 5'8".

Thanks. Any idea what the seat pitch is on S2's 737-700? Seatguru only has info for 9W.

On S2's web site, if I choose that I'm a resident of India (I'm not), the fare is INR 3329(=USD 69.31 according to xe.com). But if I select non-resident, USD 105. The INR 3329 is closer to what I see from the on-line sites. The on-line sites didn't ask residency (at least as far as I took the inquiry). Any problem booking at the lower fare?

The non-resident fare basis is IAP20 and the resident is I2AP3C.

IAP20 says:
SALES_RESTRICTIONS : FARES MAY ONLY BE SOLD BY S2 OR 9W.
TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON EITHER THE PLATE OR STOCK OF
S2 OR 9W AND MAY ONLY BE SOLD IN AREA 1/AREA 2/AREA 3.
OR - FARES MAY ONLY BE SOLD BY S2 OR IT.
TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON EITHER THE PLATE OR
STOCK OF S2 OR IT AND MAY ONLY BE SOLD IN AREA 1/
AREA 2/AREA 3.

I2AP3C:
SALES_RESTRICTIONS : FARES MAY ONLY BE SOLD BY S2 OR 9W.
TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON EITHER THE PLATE OR STOCK OF
S2 OR 9W AND MAY ONLY BE SOLD IN INDIA.
OR - FARES MAY ONLY BE SOLD BY TRAVEL AGENTS.
TICKETS MAY ONLY BE SOLD IN INDIA.

So, if I buy from an Indian on-line agency, is that "sold in India"?

As I see it, the biggest diff will be the fact that you stand to earn miles on the 9W flight (its JetKonnect, btw, not full service Jet Airways, so you'll have to buy meals, water, etc on board...and remember that its a 3 hr (???) flight). Well, you could book the Indian resident fare, but if its easy to spot that you're not Indian, it will be a BIG problem. I wouldn't endorse that approach, though!

Seat pitch on JetLite is 31". Jet Konnect should be the same (normal Jet Airways economy seat pitch is 32".
