Lounge at BOM
Hey All,
I seem to be pulling a blank on the simplest of questions.
When someone gets to BOM on 9W from their EWR-BRU-BOM routing, and has to get to CCU, they have the infamous 6 hour layover. But if they are coming in from the international leg on 9W Premier, are making the next domestic leg in 9W Premier, and are a JP Platinum member, which lounge should they use to pass the time? Is there one at the international terminal, and if so, is it better than the ones at the domestic terminal? And finally, is it better to use the Clipper lounge pre-security at the domestic terminal or the other one that is located upstairs post-security?
Thanks,
AY

Once you arrive in BOM, I can't see how you would gain access to the 9W International J lounge.
The domestic J lounge is beyond the security check point. Quite nice with pretty decent food and drink.
Take a look at my trip report (link in my sig below) for some pictures.

As baggageinhall states, you can't access the International lounge and there is no Arrivals Lounge concept like you have with BA or VS.
At the Domestic terminal I always use the newer lounge post-security. I much prefer this to the old Clipper one.

I may head over to the Clipper lounge in that case. I vaguely remember there being a lounge attendant there all through the night. And on a side note, I presume that it is possible for someone to go through security, check out the Jet lounge, and then backtrack to the Clipper lounge, right?
