Indigo - Last Minute Changes
Hi all, I am flying with my family into Mumbai with Virgin on the 358 in February which lands at 2.50am and then onto Male same day. Ideally I wanted to make the direct Indigo BOM - MLE flight but Indigo moved it sometime ago from a 10.40am to 5.20 departing flight leaving the connection too tight so we chose a later indirect 7.30am service via BLR.
Does anyone have any experience of Indigo accommodating a last minute change if we can get to the check-in desk before it closes for the direct 5.20 flight? I have booked a Stretch flexible fare.

Is it applicable if the route is different but the same final destination? I will going from a booked BOM - BLR - MLE to a direct BOM - MLE flight.

Just following up on this one as flight is now next week. Is it best not to check in for our original flight so if we can change to an earlier flight its simpler for an agent or me online? Don't want to lose our good seats if we dont check-in prior. What are peoples thoughts?
