Indigo TK Interline baggage

Hello friends , I booked RPR-BOM domestic flight with Indigo and BOM-IST-IAH with Turkish (Separate PNR for Indigo and Turkish) with 11 hrs layover in Mumbai.

My question is, will indigo transfer my baggage to turkish airlines at Mumbai if I ask them to at RPR?

No they won't. You will need to collect and re-check your luggage in BOM, T2 has luggage storage facilities at the ground floor level.

Both airlines will have their own separate PNRs but was this booked as one ticket?

Also, you won't be allowed re-entry into the airport with 11 hours between your flights. They will wait till there are around 4 hours left before they let you re-enter.
