Help Visa cancellation
Help! Please can you help me at all? I was due to fly on Air India on 22 March from Mumbai to Kochi but I understand my Visa has been suspended until 15 April due to the Coronavirus. Does anybody know whether I can reschedule or cancel my flight and get my money back? Obviously I will be unable to enter the country. Many thanks

Given that the notice was only issued today, I would wait until tomorrow and call AI. Before calling you should determine what it is that you want. If it is a new date, then ask for a change. If it is a refund, ask for that.

give it a couple of days before you call ai....i called them this morning to cancel some upcoming travel & was on hold for a couple of hours before i get through....they are overwhelmed with the number of calls coming their way & the restrictions imposed are too new right now for them to figure out how to react....

The current waiver dates back to February 9 and allows on free date change:
