Now JKC claims the money they paid to the lenders is Jalans personal cash and the lenders are just making drama to prevent the takeover/start. Very weird.

Final nail in JKCs bid for Jet 2.0. With this Jet airways is gone for good, unless some other entity bids for the name only (not AOC). This actually is good for JKC group, they would have lost millions more if they had started with all the hassles with the lenders.

The SC has directed JKC to pay actual cash to the lenders and not default on the bank guarantee: https://economictimes.indiatimes.com.../106959032.cms
