AI Seat Selection
I am trying to select a seat on my AI return flight using the AI website. However, there seems to be technical glitch (for the last 7-8 days). Is there any other way to select the seat assignment?
I've tried calling them, but their customer service is terrible. I was on hold for nearly 30 mins and then when the call connected, it seemed like somebody disconnected at the other end.

normally i don't face a problem calling them....i was not able to pick my seats online for both my flights yesterday & today....a 5 minute call to their call center & it was all sorted out....
