Changes to a Jet Partner award?

Has anyone managed to change a Jet Partner award? I booked 4 seats which I can't use as per the date that I booked. Need to move it back by a month. Anyone managed to get this done?

I tried doing that recently only to be told a flat NO.
My travel was on AA, and apparently they were ready to endorse the ticket provided 9W too was ready.

I had Europe-DXB-SEZ booked and could not fly the Europe-DXB as per planned as was in DXB all ready so got them to cancel the first flight which they did. I am sure someone must have managed to get this done be it through the partner airline themselves.

I have suffered plenty last year. Had to cancel my EY LHR-AUH-DEL in Business for two passengers, lost 120000+ JP miles

Did you get the taxes back? Which they have to return and to LHR that is a chunky sum.

AFAIK operating carrier gets full control of the relevant chunk of PNR at T-24. At that point they can make changes to the flights in that part of the trip.

To add clarity, let's say there is a return ticket which goes A-B-C-B-A

At T-24 of the A-B flight the operating carrier will have full control on A-C (even if B-C is on a different carrier).
