i haven't used the airport in jaipur for a few years now but i don't think they have any lounge there, let alone one for ai....

there is a cafe coffee day outlet there before security which is the only place you can spend some time if you get in ahead of your flight.

It's a pretty barren place. It's not exactly a place I would leave the resort / hotel to get to early. We were through there in April 2015.

The food and beverages outlets are inside after the military document check, but before the security screening to get into the check in area. Food is okay and edible (won't get sick).
