Del-stv award booking not available ??

Del-stv award booking not available ??
Trying to book del-stv but has no availability or an invalid airport code by United award reservation reservations.. Any advice would be appreciated

AI 9607: DEL-STV is operated by Alliance Air, a subsidary of AI.
Hence, not available on United for award redemption.

correct....you can only book this using flying return miles....
