price seems very competitive as compared to aeroflot, which is the other non-stop carrier on this route....but i still wonder how well this route would do....

Even with O&D traffic there are several Indian students studying in Russia, so no shortage of cheap economy fares.

Someone told me that Y checkin baggage allowance between DEL - Moscow is 2 pcs of 23kgs each..

Seems even Aeroflot gives the same allowance between India - Russia and hence AI has decided to follow suit currently..

Can anyone confirm this?
Unable to find much info on their website.. and guess will need to call their call center .

That should be enough to accompany all the Indian doctors studying in Moscow.

I believe the US Y allowances are very adequate even for long term travellers..
and for a change AI and SU have both implemented the same in the India - Russia sector ^ (atleast for the moment)
