Jet Airways (Jetkonnect)
First post so hopefully it's in the right section.
There seem to be some good prices available for business class flying Jet Airways on various search engines, for travel from LHR-BKK via DEL, BOM or combination of the two.
However in the flight details I noticed that it says the flights are operated by Jetkonnect for all legs.
Outbound flights for example from LHR via DEL to BKK are 9W121 & 9W64
Inbound 9W63 & 9W122
Jetkonnect seem to be the budget arm of Jet Airways, and so I guess my question is are the flights on Jet Airways planes? Skytrax have Jet Airways as having one of the best business class seats in the world. Or will all or any of the legs be with Jetkonnect and what does that mean in terms of service and comfort?
I have tried googling the answer but the answers seem to be contradictory. Hope the above makes sense.
Any info or help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Welcome to Flyertalk, tafer2uk! I think this will be shortly moved to a more specific forum.
Sounds like a booking system error in giving you the flight details. JetKonnect flights use the Jet Airways codes 9W2xxx (or begin with S2), and only operate (AFAIK) domestic routes.

Moving this thread to the India-based airlines forum. Thanks for your understanding.

Best business class? Maybe their international fleet! Their domestic 737's have the regular regional business class- 2x2 layout with 37-40" pitch.

You probably seem to be using an OTA / Consolidator, who may not display the most accurate info.
Try ITA Matrix or Google Flights

Thanks for the replies everyone, looking at the plane's flying on the routes it looks like the lhr-del leg (B77W) is the international business class with herringbone configuration and the del-bkk is (B738/9) and a regional configuration.
What are peoples thoughts on the difference between Bombay airport & Delhi as via Bombay has slightly better flight times, but reading reviews their airport is a bit more chaotic and need of modernisation plus the connection time of one hour seems a bit tight given the above.

I suspect it varies - on HYD-DEL, I've always had ex-S2 aircraft (which I guess makes sense for HYD). They tend to be particularly cramped and a little worn, so I'm not awfully keen...

A year ago, we flew JAI-BOM on a JetKonnect 737-800 BSI, then BOM-CMB on a "mainline" Jet 737-800. Both J class flights were outstanding and I couldn't tell much difference between the two. Indeed, IMO they were as good as EY's regional J class. Some pics of each...
