Indigo refund time
Hello,
I had to cancel 4 tickets last week booked on a US credit card. Anyone has experience with long long it takes indigo to refund the money(after fees) to credit card?
I cant see the reservation anymore - and am thinking of disputing charge if refund doesnt show up in next 3-4 days.

There are two major variables with all refunds from all vendors. First, is how long it takes the vendor to issue the credit memo (refund). Second, is how long it takes the CC issuer to post the credit.
The first is controlled by the vendor and you can always call to determine whether it has been issued. The second has nothing to do with the vendor.

Thanks all..
Its a US based card with Citi and they are normally quite quick in positing refunds. I'll give it a week more max before putting in a dispute to avoid paying it out until this is resolved.
Saw conflicting information online saying they dont issue refunds and simply credit your Indigo account
