Went and made a request for a similar transfer bout a week back and still no sign of the miles. Does one now raise an issue with SBI or AI for the same ?
Also noticed till bout a week back that a bunch of AI miles were slated to expire at the end of this month. Now it shows an expiry date of March/ April of next year ? Have they further extended expiring miles ?
I initiated another transfer last month. That too took multiple follow ups with SBI & almost a month to complete.

Raise the issue with SBI. You will probably have to do this more than once.

No clue about the extension of expiring miles.

The transfer came thru today and so that was a welcome surprise.

Although some Star Alliance partner flights are yet to credit, now 3 months and counting.
