JP Miles balance reset to zero!

JP Miles balance reset to zero!
Just checked my JP account; shows miles balance at zero (instead of the 150k odd it should show) and tier validity until 01-Jan-0001. Whatever that means! Ditto for Bingham Girl's account.

I'm hoping it's the usual Jet cluelessness about anything IT and nothing more. Anyone else facing such a problem?

This happens quite often. will get restored in a few hrs / days

it happens quite often....usually when they try to upgrade their systems....

Yep, restored. No Jetastrophe here, just their inability to run a half decent website - used to be mildly amusing earlier but is now annoying.

Try and fail. Every time, evidently. Because even week-long outages have yielded no discernible improvements.
