^ On that note, is anyone able to put in requests for the US partner redemptions? I keep getting an internal server error page with some ASP code when i hit submit after choosing dates flights passenger info etc :/

the online form has not been working for a while....have complained a number of times but they don't seem to want to do anything about it....email or fax the form....

My rule of thumb is that if my miles are not saving me Rs. 0.67/ mile, I would rather pay cash.. More so in these days when there is 20% redemption bonus..

Given how my travel is mostly paid for by my company, and my parents usually travel domestic only, I have always used my miles for domestic redemption.. I know it's not the best way to get most out of them, but still I do..

But after reading the posts above, it struck me that I can redeem my miles for domestic flights in US.. they might be better value.. so I went to the Jet Airways website and looked for partner redemption to see how many miles I will need to fly from JFK/LGA/EWR to say Miami or Florida.. but on their interactive maps, none of these airports are showing.. I know their partner airlines AA, United and US Airways, do fly these routes.. I cant seem to figure out how many miles I will need and how to book those tickets..

anyone can guide..????

Yep that should give all the information needed.

Jet's website is hopelessly outdated (and just hopeless in general). Basically, all routes flown by AA/UA/US (and AC too, I would think) are available for very few Jet points and almost no cash.

Use the online form (if it works) or call Jet.

Lovely city. Don't think I could handle the traffic after a few days though. Can you not shift office to Koh Samui ;)

Went to krabi for my Honeymoon.. it's paradise.. if you ever manage to reach Krabi, stay in Amari Vogue.. the hotel beach and the adjoining beach area/ jungle back ground is just mesmerising..

this might be a verys illy question, but, after a lot of search i don't have a clue :)

I want to use my jet miles for a short haul flight from LGA to ALB. Since both of them are in the same zone in the mileage chart, i would be needing on 2.5 k miles, but, when i check united/us airways website, there doesn't seem to be any direct flight between the two airports. Will JP give me a award ticket on this route? The online award booking form doesn't even have LGA or JFk in its list of airports..

many thanx for your quick reply. the form needs me to give the partner name and a flight number. But, as i can see in the US airways/United website, there is no direct flight from LGA to ALB. what flight number should i write then? Also, from your experience, how much time should this take :)
