Seat assignment AI
Hello fellow FTers,
Being a student in India for four months, I will soon experience my first Indian domestic flight: CCU-KTM with AI. I booked through the french version of Opodo.
I tried to enter my PNR on AI's website to choose my seat but it was not recognized.
Is there any way I could choose it before online check-in / the airport?

Call Air India, give them your name, flight number, ticket number, etc.
They should be able to provide you with a web reference code or PNR.

Seriously, call AI. These types of calls are usually painless. 10 minutes of your time will get you a better seat.
