Increased excess baggage fee
Having paid 19450 rupees for excess baggage on pnq bom bho sector I am 
with the per kg rate...

Jet management has sent out a message to all its managers/damagers and through them to all staff. The target is to increase the per passenger earning from $8 to $12.
All this tanta-baaji with extra charges and premium meals etc is in pursuit of the above goal.
Well whatever it takes to survive. Their cash-flow situation is precarious.
