Kingfisher Website Broken?

I've been trying to check availability of a redemption seat for the last 2 days now and the error I get when I check the book with King Miles option and then enter the username and password is that the King Club system is down for maintenance.

Am I the only one with this problem?

I transferred 60k SPG points to Kingfisher and it took 16 days to show up in my account and now when I'm ready to make my award bookings, the site has been down since 4 days.....great !!!

When you send them emails inquiring about the delay they reply back..."Please try after 2 hours"....it's been 96 hours already and counting...

If you call them they say IT Dept. is working on it. We don't know when it will be up and running.

Oh well, never will I waste my valuable SPG points after them !

this is actually the first time i remember kingfisher facing a problem like this....but 3-4 days is a long time....it should never have taken them so long to sort this issue out....

I need to redeem a ticket and yet again, I'm getting this message:

"King Club loyalty system is down for maintenance. Please try again."

This isn't the first time, see my OP. What's the point of collecting miles if they don't let us redeem them?

The more I deal with Kingfisher the less impressed I get.

What irks me is that their revenue website works fine all the time but their redemption booking engine keeps breaking. That's not cool at all.

Strange. I successfully booked a redemption on the website a couple of days back in First for DEL-LHR. No issues at all. Seat selection etc were all possible as well, and the ticket was issued instantly too.
