Airlines to compensate pax for delays/ cancellations

Hi,

Is something like EU regulation 261 forthcoming in Indian skies ?? If yes, thts good news IMO...

More interested in the fine print. No compensation for delays caused by other than the airline's fault, caused by the airline's fault, caused by the fact that they sold tickets on a service that doesn't exist, etc?

C'mon, give MR patel a chance.. he has already fulfilled his coffers and hence wants to leave some legacy I guess.. Legacy other than turning a profit making AI to a huge loss making one I mean
