Got to plat some time in Apr. Gold kit took a few weeks to arrive so I waited it out until last week. When I called them to check the status, they claimed that the kit was delivered on the 7th but I sure didn't sign for it 
Filed a request to get another one - one rep told me they can't send it again (guess they have people trying to get 5 more vouchers?) but another one said they will speak to a manager and see if they can do something
anyone here with a similar experience?
