Air India carefully evaluating future

Interesting part:

"New Air India COO Gustav Baldauf told ATWOnline on the sidelines of the IATA AGM in Berlin that the carrier should return to profitability in 2-3 years."

I agree, 2-3 years is a bit too optimistic. I hope this IT linkup will not just be an internal move but also will be beneficial to customers with more emphasis being put on the client end online user system to book tickets etc.
