Did a round trip on 9W after arriving in SIN from ORD.Check in was smooth after initial questions about going to India on a passport with less than 6 months to expire.I explained that I was returning and i had a visa for the duration of passport.9W let my Buisness class luggage carry over even though i was flying Economy on 9W[and they did the same on way back]The flight was on time and plane was not full and service was pleasant.Return was packed and uneventful.Compared to Indian which i flew 2009 whole experience was a lot better with cleaner planes and better service.
By the way Changi has a vegetarian Indian cafe on the upper level.The UNITED buisness lounge has full breakfast/brunch set up@ 0600!!!.

jet has great service, doesn't matter if you are flying economy or business....i've been flying with them for over 5 years now & have yet to have any problems with their service....
