Booking on IC

So if I am based in the US, and I want to book a flight on IC, is there any option other than their own website? (The fare rules are not clearly disclosed. I can't tell if the "executive" option is a fully refundable ticket.)

cleartrip / makemytrip wont help for the fare rules.
Executive is IC's name for their business class product.
It should be refundable just fine .. no worries.

I don't think there's a cancellation/rebooking/refund charge for Biz tickets on IC. Some privileges...

I thought I was good at using the internet until this flight.

So I have "D" class on an A320. Is IC all economy or is D class a form of business?

D is Discounted business. J is full fare. I don't know the exact differences in the fare rules.
