lets put all this into perspective:
IT seems to have made top tier qualification easier but they hardly operate a J service domestically barring a few sectors and on the international front its only LHR, HKG and SIN to upgrade into. (BKK, CMB, DXB are all Y)
Brilliant for me who is a LHR to BOM regular but not so good to those who are truly global/regional.
If IT maintain this type of FF program after the next stage of international expansion then hats off to them.

Got my new KF Plat package via courier today. Cards and luggage tages are almost un-KF...not flashy at all, just a couple of shades of gray (platinum?) and stripe of red.
The qual and requal criteria appear much relaxed compared to the old program, at least for my travel patterns. You earn 10 "Sector Points" for each domestic segment in J, meaning one needs only 6 round trips in KF First to reach Gold (viz 10 in the old program IIRC).
Other new benefit appears to be a BA-stye "Family Account" where all miles earned by family members can be pooled into the head of household account.
Now if they can only get more international service...

I just saw this and was going to start a new thread, but this is quite amazing - just like what BD has recently done and I hope Jet also follows through in this fashion!

Thank-you SFB, i would like to ask if I would be permitted to publish an IT Trip Report from LHR to BOM on FT..? If yes, in which section / thread..?
Volcano
Ash permitting , I am due to fly next month and return later in JUL. Also, through the rest of the year there is lots of flying involved, hence considering the option of putting up TR's out here. :-:

Got hold of it. Will go through the forum rules and then publish the report out there and post a link here as well, as it is an "IT long-haul" TR..!
