Jet - miles error or something else?

Jet - miles error or something else?
Just noticed something weird, trying to do a booking on 9W's website for MAA-DEL (21 Dec/22 Dec). On the return leg (DEL-MAA), the evening options are 9W2252 (Konnect) at 1930 hrs and 9W7091 (JetLite) at 1915 hrs. The lowest available fares for these are Rs 7729 and Rs 7579. But the surprising thing is that the Jetlite flight, though priced marginally lower, offers the full 1097 miles which is the standard full-fare mileage, but the Konnect flight offers a patehetic 493 miles.
Any idea why this is happening?

well, they book into different classes. H for Konnect and Q for Lite. Why? No idea 
Maybe S2 don't care as much about what classes they sell since they don't have to worry about people trying to credit to non-9W programs?
