User Development Fee for BLR?
Proposal to increase it to approx $22.

BLR airport is worth a UDF, though Rs 500 is pushing it. I don't think the passengers wanted a funky new airport located back-of-beyond...so why should they pay for it? We were all happy with the old airport that got us into the city in half an hour !

500 bucks is the DOMESTIC UDF. The international UDF in HYD is closer to INR 2200 I believe. Bandits. Its miles out of town so everything in the airport - right down to food in the food court - is ridiculously overpriced, about 3x what it'd cost for the same food in a comparable place downtown.
