Parmount question
Am contemplating MAA-DEL on Parmount I7601
Online booking offers a first class fare of INR 36829 in addition to the regular fares.
It was my understanding they are an all J class airline. Why would there first class fare be twice that of IT or 9W? Is there a first class on Paramount?
Thanks.

Paramount has First Class in certain flights.
Their product is much better than Kingfisher and Jet Airways ( After KF-Deccan and Jet - jet Lite - Jet Konnect mashup)

No, haven't used Satcom, though I've heard that it has been deployed only on certain of its aircraft.

Paramount operates 2 variants of Embraer - all economy seating, but it is a 2+2, so seems like normal forward-facing business class. The other is a business plus first (really, an economy plus business), where the "first" class is a 1+1 seating. Which is probably why the price is as high as you've stated.

Thanks. I dont think that I can justify a INR 36,000 ticket for a 2 hr flight.
