Capital One owns Diners Club International which operates the transaction processing network, provides common benefits, and licenses banks to issue cards in geographic markets. Each franchisee offers distinct benefits and rewards. In Canada and the USA the franchisee is BMO Bank. BMO issues Diners Club cards which run on MasterCard network.
