Question B6 deadheaders

On each one of my inbound and outbound legs to and from IAD, I had at least one deadheading B6 employee. Once it was a captain and another was a few airline stews.

I thought it was interesting.

both employee groups have recriprocal travel privaleges on the other airline. Seeing as though jet blue doesn't fly JFK-IAD, but they do have a presence at dulles, there are usually a few employees on every flight. They are always welcome if there are seats available and there is a mutual respect between the employees. ^

This captain seemed to know a lot about what was going on with FLYi.

Suffice to say, he was rooting for FLY to stay around longer. I got the impression that FLYi allowed for him to fly a lot easier than otherwise.
