How does rewards network compare vs upromise?

How does rewards network(iDine) compare vs upromise?
Upromise dining is done by the Rewards network. Are the cashback rates for the programs the same?
The rewards network takes out first $49 in earning as a fee, which i see as very annoying. I am not interested in miles since i don't travel at all. How do the programs compare?

Was enrolled into upromise dining today.
Just for comparison, can somebody who is enrolled in rewards network(formerly iDine) check the cashback % of Tara Thai restaurant located in Rockville MD? (Search for 20852, Tara Thai).
