I have an existing Iberia resrevation (GRX - MAD - LIS). Now I do not plan to fly the first leg (GRX to MAD); but I want to fly the second leg (MAD to LIS). If I do not show for the firs flight at GRX, can I get on board on the second flight from Madrid? I apprecaite any suggetion or your experience.

No you cannot just board in MAD. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled once you no-show in GRX.

That said, there are Spanish court rulings saying that IB cannot cancel reservations due to no-shows, so if you talk to IB in advance and get the right agent, you may be able to have your MAD-LIS booking protected from cancellation.

You can take the chance and try to board the flight at MAD (I have no idea/first hand experience whether IB IT will act on you no-showing for the first so flight so quickly that your onward flight from MAD is cancelled) - or you can contact IB in advance and ask for the first segment to be removed (subject to possible rebooking fee of course).
