Problem logging into IB+
I've had problems getting into Iberia Plus this morning. I get the page asking for username and password as usual and I click on logging in with Google as I normally do but it then throws me back into the previous login page. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've had this for over 6 months. I try to login, get a meaningless error message. Go through the "reset password" process, but when I enter a new password, get a "we cannot log you in. Try later" or something similar. Of course trying later doesn't help. I suspect my account has been locked for some reason, but there's no functioning way to contact any kind of helpdesk. I've given up until Iberia do a major overhaul of their IT, which is long overdue, and hope that clears things up. I've tried using the Spanish version of the website, but doesn't help.

I had the same issues. I am not able to log in but now it blocks any kind of flight search. There is a clear process block happening, I get to the" searching" screen and then bam, "we cant display search results for you". I have tried changing the dns settings, tried firefox, brave and edge, removing addblockers or any type of privacy protection. Nothing works. Definitely feels like something is flagging the process and blocking it. Anyone able to do avios search on iberia today?

I'm having the same issue. I needed to do a name change and could not log in. I tried their website and their app, but no luck I called their supposed frequent flier desk and they had me attempt to fill out a form, however, I was unable to submit the form. It t kept saying that I wasn't registered. It's funny because I received an email prior with my frequent flier number and name. This is why I called them in the first place, they had my last name written twice. It's concerning because your name must match identically to what is on your passport. I'm going to see if I have any luck trying to find a number for their IT department. I will post my progress. Please do the same. I'm hoping that enough people complain they will fix this issue

oddly enough I am still able to access my Iberia plus account through the app, at least for the time being. The problem is, there is no combine my avios feature on the app.
If you do manage to sort this out, please keep us posted and let us know how you got it resolved.
thanks!

Just fyi. I tried logging in using my email address instead of my Iberia+ number and managed to access my account on Iberia.com. Not sure what is going on.

This worked for me. I found an old email with my Iberia+ number, used that to request a new password. Logged in using Iberia+ number and login worked just fine. Login using the google route is broken still.

Finally got it sorted. I sent a Twitter DM to their help account (@iberia_en) and exchanged a few messages with them and finally they wrote back with the Change Password link this weekend and it worked. They seem to be the most responsive of the Iberia Customer Service group.
