Can we bring our teen friend to the lounge?

Hi everyone,

Three of us are flying business from JFK to VCE and a teenager friend is coming with us but on coach. Do you think we can bring him to the lounge with us?

Thanks.

If you're OW SPH or Emerald, yes, otherwise, YMMV, but most likely no.

Unfortunately no. A teenager or kid (except infant) is just the same as an adult, and only Oneworld Saphire/Emerald can have a guest, business class passengers cannot.

Hi,
As far as I know at Madrid Airport if the kid is below 14 years old and he/she is under your responsibility (parent or legal counsellor) you will not have problems.

Cheers.

I'd kindly ask the dragon. In the past I've been able to guest 2 adults and a teen (at MAD) with a OW Emerald card.

But always keep in mind that these poor people are asked to "bend" the rules several times each hour, all day long, every day.
