Iberia baggage delay, Iberia Plus points or $$$ ?
I had a surprise last week when I called Iberia baggae service inquiring payment to cover baggage delay cost, the agent told me that claim was not processed yet, but he offered me 1,800 IB Plus points (based on fare class and IB Plus status) if I don't take money for that delay baggage. I submitted 70 euro bills, so I accepted the offer enough for a business class domestic ticket or a economy ticket reward for all europe destinations. I din't hear this kind of compensation before. So guys... I let you know "just in case" if someone is interested on this...
