IB Plus membership number "Incorrect Format" on Vueling website?
I am trying to enter my IB Plus membership number while trying to book a Vueling flight, and it keeps saying "Incorrect Format" when I enter my IB Plus membership number in "IBxxxxxxxxx" format, "x" being a number. I also tried "IB00000xxxxxxxxx" (leading 0 added) as some systems seem to have done. Still no luck.
Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong here, and what format it should be entered? Thank you for your help!

No "IB" is needed. Just the number.
That said, it's been ages since I correctly received IB+ Avios on a Vueling flight. So don't hold your breath whatever format you manage to enter.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried just the number as well, and it still did not work. Maybe I should just forget putting it in there and retroclaim?

My IB number is indeed 9-digit. I tried adding 7 leading 0s so that it would be 16-digit, but it still did not work.

Unless you are desperate for some IB+ Elite Points, I would credit to Aer Lingus or Vueling Club and move them later...

However, I had my middle names in my Vueling account but not in my IB account, which caused a mismatch with my IB account (as well as with my BA account), so I cannot currently credit to Vueling until they fully finish deleting my account (so that I can re-register without using my middles names).

@LTN Phobia did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem on Vueling.
