I submitted an AESA claim over a year ago (Jan 2023) and it has not been resolved! The claim status changed to 'processing' in July 2023 and has been that way ever since. I guess I can try and call the number but I do not speak Spanish. Has anyone encountered this or actually had AESA resolve their claim recently?

I have had an ongoing claim with AESA since August 2023.
I finally called them today and got a very helpful lady who spoke good English. I gave them my claim number and she could see all my details straight away.
The number is +34 913 96 82 10 and they are open from 08.30 to 14.30 Mon-Fri.

That’s good to know. What sort of help did she provide? Did you get any timeline for your claim?

I called the number about my claim that was submitted over 13 months ago. Spoke with an agent who just told me the claim was pending, which is exactly what I can already see on the online status page. She was unable to provide any other details or help.
