Customer Services - can anyone help me get to a responsable person?
In the past seven weeks I have flown on Iberia eight times. I doubt that I will ever do so again.
While I have an ignored EU261 claim from the end of July, I now have a suitcase which has been on vacation by itself for nine days in Quito which IB refuse to accept responsibility for. But that is a long story!
I urgently need contact details of anyone high up in Customer Services or anyone really senior in the IB hierarchy - can anyone help?

no- and I would suggest what I did, turned over to a company to collect/sue.... IB not known for paying claims on request. Yes, you give up a chunk of the money. Unless you are a Spanish resident, not much option.

The "complaints about not getting the 9,000 Avios" thread has a few reports of people emailing senior management and eventually getting some assistance.
But essentially your luggage is gone... Travel insurance...
