- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

I have a screenshot of the promo page of the section Terms and Conditions and it makes no reference to location. Further how is purchasing location specified, generally it is based in where the ticket is issued, which if iberia.com is most likely Madrid or wherever their head office is, regardless of your physical or billing or account location, in other words it's probably just a further restriction to the website. My account is registered in an EU country (included in that list), my billing licalocais in a country excluded and I was ohysicphys in a third country which is also excluded based on that list. So now what?

Exactly. Here's printscreen of T&C which were published on IB's website on the day when I bought my flights. I don't see any information there about any kind of country limitations. As far as I remember, any suggestions that there might be such limitation appeared much later and only in IB's twitts and other messages.

What country was your website set as viewing? I believe if not one of the participating countries, you shouldn't have been able to see the promo at all. If you had it set as the US website for example, and weren't in the Us, perhaps you've tricked Iberia.
As for the people who say Iberia doesn't know what country you purchased the ticket in, or that it doesn't matter, you are wrong.
iberia most certainly can tell which country's site you used, even if it doesn't show on your end. And it is very common for prices and conditions to be different based on what countrys site you are using.

I were in Boliva at the time of booking ARN-MAD and they clearly showed the offer for us there on the website. If this offer not were for bolivian customers Its BAD and almost illigal marketing. But I wait next week to see before taking action

It was US website , but in some cases I booked through spanish verision (using english language ) when their US website wasnt working . I dont think they have a canadian version it always opens american version. I guess we'll find out by tomo.
