I have a screenshot of the promo page of the section Terms and Conditions and it makes no reference to location. Further how is purchasing location specified, generally it is based in where the ticket is issued, which if iberia.com is most likely Madrid or wherever their head office is, regardless of your physical or billing or account location, in other words it's probably just a further restriction to the website. My account is registered in an EU country (included in that list), my billing licalocais in a country excluded and I was ohysicphys in a third country which is also excluded based on that list. So now what?
