Well, didn't find any promo of that kind. The weird thing is that all the other segments of my itinerary (CX, BA and IB) on IB+ are rated with the usual avios, almost the same as on BAEC. Only those two long haul segments operated by BA on IB+ promise 20 % more avios than on BAEC.
