How strict is IB on check in deadline and how busy are the lines at CMN airport usually?

I am going to pass casablanca CMN on the last night of my morocco trip. I was originally planning to have a quick sight of the famous mosque there before flying from CMN to MAD early evening, connecting to QR on the same day, but now due to change in QR flight departure time to an earlier time, the latest flight I can take from CMN-MAD is an IB flight departing at 12:10 pm.

Now, if I were to visit the sight in the morning, the earliest I can arrive at CMN would be at 11:am sharp, which is 1 hr 10 min away from departure time. IB lists check in deadline for Africa as 1 hr. If this was JL my home carrier I won’t even be worried, but my only experience checking in at IB was bad with super long lines, even at elite lines (OW E here). So i’m just wondering if my plan is too tight to make it safely, whether my experience with busy line for elites is exception rather than rule, and whether IB can be trusted to check me in as long as I arrive 10 min before its official check in deadline?
