Is there a trick to book seats online?
I made an online award booking a couple of weeks ago -- using IB.com for flights on IB metal. The reservation is showing as confirmed under Booking Management. It's in Business. I received electronic tickets which appear to have ticket numbers on them.
Booking management, however, tells me "You cannot previously book a seat on this trip." I think I'm reading the rules correctly that business class can book seats. I tried to call a couple of times, but it kept disconnecting. Before I try again, is there a trick I'm missing somewhere in booking management?
