When I qualified for Diamond they sent me a 4 night suite upgrade certificate. Do they send you a new one each year?

Just remember, it's not a confirmed suite but rather an upgrade on check-in based solely on availability. Still a good deal and you don;t have to pay Rack Rate to get it.

Last year was the second year in a row that I got no suite upgrade cert. Karen said I would get one last year but it never showed. I hope this is not year number three without getting the cert.

Do you guys remember when new card and suite upgrade typically arrive in the new year?

I am hoping to use certificate for a Mid Feb stay.

I got my Diamond card last year together with the suite upgrade cert.
